1)The Provincial Government of Siquijor, through the LMCH 3000-1-01-013-3 200 502-03-070 funds intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
