INVITATION TO BID FOR
Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines
(Bid No. 048-01-2025)
1. The Province of Siquijor, through the LMCH 3000-1-01-013B 200 502-03-070 funds intends to apply the sum of Two Million Seven Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Three Pesos (2,797,783.00), Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines (Bid No. 048-01-2025) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Province of Siquijor through LMCH now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines (Bid No. 048-01-2025). Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
