The University of the Philippines Manila - Philippine General Hospital (UPM-PGH), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the General Appropriations Act CY 2021 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Million, Eight Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos & 97/100 (PhP114,824,277.97), inclusive of all taxes, such as, but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes, and other fiscal levies, being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item.
