Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR BJMP-NHQ PERSONNEL FY 2026

The BUREAU OF JAIL MANAGEMENT AND PENOLOGY - NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS (BJMP-NHQ), through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM FY 2026, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHTY PESOS (PHP 2,196,080.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for BJMP REFERENCE NO. G-2026-006-EPA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1) The BJMP-NHQ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods required (see attached Terms of Reference). Bidders should have completed, within FIVE (5) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT OF BIDS, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

2) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion and Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid Award Criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
