Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines - Batch 2 (Early Procurement Activity) (Framework Agreement)

1) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the NEP/GAA intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and 50/100 Only (PhP 17,832,331.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines - Batch 2 (Early Procurement Activity) (Framework Agreement). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital now invite bids for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines - Batch 2 (Early Procurement Activity) (Framework Agreement) using the framework agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
