Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS DRUGS AND MEDICINES FOR FY 2025 USE

1. The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center, through General Appropriations Acts Fund intends to apply the sum of One Sixty Eight Million Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Three Hundred Forty Pesos Only (₱168,790,340.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Drugs and Medicines and Other Related Products for FY 2025 Use (02-2025DM-BACB-ITB). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Mariano Marcos Memorial Hospital and Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by based on the specified delivery schedule in the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
