1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of Ten (10) months through the General Fund-5-02-03-050 intends to apply the sum of Php 786,365.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-FA-2026-008 Supply and Delivery of Various Dietary Perishables (Framework Agreement), Maddela District Hospital, Maddela, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
