1. The Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Provincial Government of Quirino, using a single-year Framework Agreement for a duration of Ten (10) months through the General Fund-5-02-03-050 intends to apply the sum of Php 2,368,022.50 being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-FA-2026-005 Supply and Delivery of Various Dietary Non-Perishables (Framework Agreement), Quirino Province Medical Center, Cabarroguis, Quirino. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
