1. The Local Government of Villasis, Pangasinan, thru 20% Dev-t Fund, intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Pesos only (P 1,260,450.00) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of various construction materials for the installation of grid Tie Power System at Municipal Hall Building, Poblacion Zone I, Villasis, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
