1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (SEF-Fund/ Capital Outlay) intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eight Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 308,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Various Construction Materials for the Construction of Two (2) Units Makeshift School Buildings at Buli National High School, Brgy. Buli, Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2025-12-047). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 84 c.d. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
