The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the 2023 LOCAL FUND Regular 2023 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: Fourteen Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Fifty-Five and 57/100 (PHP14,989,355.57) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Various Computers for Visual Traffic Simulation, Auto CADD Engineering Drawing, etc., for the Use of Traffic Engineering Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
