1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the NATIONAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP2,956,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS COMMONLY-USED ORTHOPEDIC IMPLANTS (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

This procurement shall be governed by the Guidelines on the Implementation of Early Procurement Activities (EPA) under Appendix 31 of the 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184.

2. The ITRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of two (2) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
