SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CANCER DRUGS AND OTHER MEDICINES
IB NO. 2025-GOODS-032-02-1126

1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through
Income (CM) - MOOE intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND FORTY PESOS (PHP 6,559,040.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND
DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CANCER DRUGS AND OTHER MEDICINES. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CANCER
DRUGS AND OTHER MEDICINES. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of nine
(9) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders
should have completed, within two (2) years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids,
contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
