1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC),through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand Six Hundred and 50/100 (Php 25,180,600.50 being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Various Cancer Drugs and Medicines with PhilGEPs IB No. 12286630. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
