1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC),through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million One Hundred Thirty Six Eight Hundred Eighty Nine pesos (Php 18,136,889.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Various Cancer Drugs and Medicines with PhilGEPS No. 12458931. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
