1. The Municipality of Malilipot intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Pesos (₱749,985.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Supply and Delivery of Various Books for the Enhancement of the San Jose Community College Library Collection. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Malilipot now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Various Books for the San Jose Community College Library Collection.
Completion of delivery is required within 15 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified under NGPA 12009.
