Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid for

Supply and Delivery of Various Books for Community College
ITB NO. 100-2025-03-004

1. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon through its General Funds CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety Three Pesos & 00/100 (PHP 379,193.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment of the Supply and Delivery of Various Books for Community College. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sugbongcogon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Various Books for Community College (see Section VI of the ITB for the schedule of requirements) Delivery of the GOODS is required by 7 calendar days upon award of contract. The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents, ITB.
