Description : 1. The Camarines Norte State College - Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) through the 2025 INTERNALLY GENERATED FUND (Fiduciary) intends to apply the total of sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos and 50/100 Only (₱2,800,000.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with Reference No. CNSC202IT2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules of Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009 known as the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
