D. Terms and Conditions:
1. As a government agency, LGU San Andres shall transact only with legitimate suppliers/contractors.
2. All quotations shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of quotations.
3. BAC reserves the right to post-qualify any supplier and/or reject all bids at any time before award of contract.
4. Contract shall be awarded to the supplier with the lowest calculated responsive quotation and that complies with the minimum technical specifications.
5. Price quotation shall be denominated in Philippine Peso, to include all taxes, duties, and levies payable.
