1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2026-Organic Agriculture Program intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php2,960,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for ITB No. 03-GOODS-OAP-2026 , as follows:
