1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2024-CORN intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php7,215,000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 03-GOODS-CORN 2024, as follows:

Lot 1 - 10 units Pump and Engine Set for Open Source (PISOS) - Php1,100,000.00
Lot 2 - 1 unit Pneumatic Four-Row Planter - Php595,000.00
Lot 3 - 1 unit Two-Row Planter - Php260,000.00
Lot 4 - 10 units Corn Husker Sheller - Php3,500,000.00
Lot 5 - 1 unit Corn Silage / Forage Chopper - Php1,760,000.00
TOTAL Php7,215,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is allowed.
