Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lianga , Surigao del Sur , through Trust Fund from DOLE intends to apply the sum of Ninety Four Thousand, Five Hundred Pesos Only (P 94, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Abaca Harvesting Tools. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lianga , Surigao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply and Delivery of Goods is required by 10 days after the receipt of purchased order.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
