Supply and Delivery of Valves and Fittings

1. The GUINAYANGAN WATER DISTRICT, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake a Negotiated Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for the Supply and Delivery of Valves and Fittings in accordance with Section 53.9 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
