1. The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, Trust Fund-MCP NCP ANC 2024 - Drugs and Medicines Expenses, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Ninety and 00/100 Pesos (PhP2,998,690.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Vaccines; PR No. 24-4903 dated 30 October 2024; SN 01 - 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
