  Invitation to Bid
  for
  Supply and Delivery of Vaccines and Supplies for Cabatuan Animal Bite Center
  1. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos (P 499,967.00 )being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Vaccines and Supplies for Cabatuan Animal Bite Center with Project Identification Number 2026-09. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipality of Cabatuan, Isabela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 30 days Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
