Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT DUE TO TWO- FAILED BIDDINGS
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF UTILITY VAN WITH AMBULATORY EQUIPMENT
1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Maconacon, Isabela Bids and Award Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the SUPPLIES AND DELIVERY OF UTILITY VAN WITH AMBULATORY EQUIPMENT in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is One Million Seven Hundred Thirteen Thousand Pesos (P1,713,000.00) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
