Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Seventy-Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Pesos (P72,454,000.00) for being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following items/lots. Bids received in excess of the ABC per lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
