Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

Supply and delivery of upgraded goats to be distributed to farmer-beneficiaries and used during training on Farmers Field School of Scale-Up Palayamanan for Rice Based Farms in Region 3 for CY 2026
57 heads "Upgraded Goats (Doe)
Age: 12-18 months old
Not less than 12 kilograms liveweight "
3 heads "Upgraded Goats (Buck)
Age: 12-18 months old
Not less than 15 kilograms liveweight

Other Requirements:
Submit negative CAE and brucellosis test and Blood Parasite result before delivery (random sample to at least 30 heads)
Certificate of deworm prior to delivery (random sample to atleast 30 heads); Dewormers to be used should be Triclabendazole, Closantel or Fenbendazole
AWA Certificate of registration of farm/ farm source during opening of bids
BAI accredited goat/sheep breeder farm
BAI-Livestock Transport Carrier Permit
