Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:

Supply and delivery of upgraded goat to be used for distribution under Animal Dispersal Program
12 heads "F1 Upgraded Goat (Female)
10-24 months old
Not less than 15 kg "
6 heads "F1 Upgraded Goat (Male)
10-24 months old
Not less than 20 kg "

Other Requirements:
Certificate of Deworming signed by a Licensed Veterinarian
With BAI Registered Farm
With BAI Livestock Handlers and Transport Carrier Certificate
Submit Negative CAE and brucellosis test result before delivery
30 days replacement for 1 week mortality upon delivery
