1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the SEF 2025- (Sports Development- Elementary and Secondary) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty Three Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos (Ᵽ 433,180.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Uniforms to be used in the Palarong Panlalawigan 2025 on February 26, 2025 to March 01, 2025 with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0001 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
