Particulars
Vendor shall warrant that the product supplied shall meet the published specifications.
Vendor and/or manufacturer must provide ISO Certification: ISO 13485:2016
Vendor must provide one (1) empty 250ml ultrasound gel tube per one (1) gallon of ultrasound gel.
Vendor must replace any item found to be defective and/or ecpired, within the period.
If the vendor is not the manufacturer, a certificate of distributorship must be provided.
Certification from the manufacturer that the item or unit is brand new and not with any issues or defect.
