Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Two Units Centralized Aircon with Installation for SB Office.
2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Three Only (Php 363,923.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.
3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before September 2, 2025 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
4. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rig... - Documents :
