  1) The Municipal Government of Rosales, through the KADIWA Financial Grant and General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6,300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units Reefer Van for Farmer-s Market and Logistics Services, Rosales, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Municipal Government of Rosales now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units Reefer Van for Farmer-s Market and Logistics Services, Rosales, Pangasinan using the Life-Cycle Cost Analysis. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
