Description : PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2025 Corporate Budget, has an Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Fifty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos(PhP50,800.00), inclusive
of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of
Portable Air Conditioner for PNOC EC Head Office (“Project”). The items shall be delivered to
PNOC EC Building 1, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, BGC, Taguig City within Twenty (20) calendar
days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and Purchase Order (PO).
PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the
attached Technical Specifications (TS) for complete details.

alvasquez@pnoc-ec.com.ph / esespiritu@pnoc-ec.com.ph on or before August 19, 2025, not
