Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS MOTOR VEHICLE FOR PENRO NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

1) The PENRO Negros Occidental, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 5,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Two (Units) Motor Vehicle for PENRO Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Pickup - Php 2,400,000.00
Sports Utility Vehicle - Php 3,000,000.00

2) The PENRO Negros Occidental now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Two (Units) Motor Vehicle for PENRO Negros Occidental using the Competitive Bidding Modality. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) days upon the receipt of the notice to proceed and upon approval of the General Appropriations Act (GAA). Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
