Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS MOBILE SINGLE PASS RICE MILL (TRAILER TYPE)

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) UNITS MOBILE SINGLE PASS RICE MILL (TRAILER TYPE) with project identification number DA-RFO 1-2026-GOODS-012. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
