Description : REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Public Attorney-s Office will undertake a procurement transaction for TWO (2) KOPPEL 3 TONNER FAN MOTOR BEARING REPLACEMENT WITH INSTALLATION AND LABOR as specified under Purchase Request No. 181-03-2025 through SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT (SVP) under the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. (RA) 12009, for the use of PAO MANILACITY DISTRICT OFFICE. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (Php 8,000.00) inclusive of government taxes and charges.
