Description : Invitation to Bid for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Brand-New Service Vehicles of the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Region 2 (Under Early Procurement Activity).

1.The Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. II (MGB RO II), through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos (PhP 4,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) BRAND-NEW SERVICE VEHICLES OF THE MINES AND GEOSCIENCES BUREAU REGION II with Invitation to Bid No. 2024-11-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
