The DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT REGIONAL OFFICE NO. VIII, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT OF 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱5,875,560.00 representing Lot 1 for the Supply and delivery of customized TUPAD shirts and ball caps; and the sum of ₱137,440.00 representing Lot 2 for the Supply and delivery of TUPAD IDs being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
