1 lot Transfer of Hospital Equipment
Work includes:
-Uncrating of Mammogram machine and 2D Echo machine at 5th floor of the hospital
-Transfer all machine parts and accessories from 5th floor to Hospital main entrance along Sto. Nino street
-Enclosed all machine parts and accessories with wooden crate
-Load all crated cargo into a forward boom truck
-Transfer all cargo into the new site
-Unload and uncrate all machine parts and accessories
-Position all machine parts and accessories in its new location
NOTE:
-Parking of trucks, equipment and service vehicle will bc along Sto.Nino Street
-LGU and Road user permit will be processed by ECG Dynamic Medical System, Inc. to prevent any discruption of work
