Description : TERMS OF REFERENCE

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOSHIBA DIGITAL COPIER TONER CARTRIDGE

I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) recently acquired centralized heavy-duty printing equipment. In relation to this, a reputable and competent supplier of Toshiba Digital Copier toner cartridges for office consumption should be selected.

II. OBJECTIVE

To engage a qualified and competent supplier to provide genuine and brand new toner cartridge for Toshiba Digital Copier Models.

III. APPROVE BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) AND FUND SOURCE

PHILRACOM has allocated and approved budget for ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 165,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes, fees and charges.

Fund for this procurement shall be sourced from the General Fund.
