Description : 1. The Department of Labor and Employment, Regional Office No. 5, Legazpi City, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) budget intends to apply the sum of the following Procurement Project in the amount of Three Million Three Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP 3,339,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Tools & Equipment for the Individual Livelihood Project “Project FABRIC (Fostering Ability, Building Resilience, & Improving Careers); Strengthening Livelihoods of Skilled Sewers in Camarines Norte-s 1st Congressional District” with 100 beneficiaries. Bids received in excess of the total cost shall be automatically rejected.
