INVITATION TO BID

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TOKEN TO BE USED FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITY WEEKLONG ACTIVITIES

The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 525,000.00) as Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply and Delivery of Token to be used for Persons with Disability Weeklong Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be disqualified upon bid opening.

The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Token to be used for Persons with Disability Weeklong Activities. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
