1. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Thirty Two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos only (Php 1,632,260.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte now invites bids for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TIRES FOR MUNICIPAL TRANSPORT VEHICLE AND HEAVY EQUIPMENTS USE. Delivery of the Goods is required within Twenty Five (25) calendar days.
