Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT TWO FAILED BIDDINGS

(Pursuant to Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A 9184 - Negotiated
Procurement Two Failed Competitive Biddings)

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Siay invites bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Tires for LGU Service Vehicles and Light and Heavy Equipment.

2. The LGU-Siay, Local Government Unit of Siay, through the approved Budget of the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Forty-Six Thousand Eighteen Pesos Only (Php 646,018.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the abovementioned procurement.

3. The LGU-Siay now invites interested bidders to submit and negotiate offer for the project on or before October 23, 2025 at 10:00 A.M at Office of the BAC Chairman, 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall Bldg., Dacanay, Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay.
