SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TIRES AND BATTERIES
FOR VARIOUS FLOOD CONTROL EQUIPMENT

IB-2025-083-GOODS-FCSMO

1. The Government of the Philippines (GOP), through the RA 12116 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT Regular 2025 CURRENT intends to apply the sum of PESOS: One Million Sixty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Three & 84/100 (Php 1,063,943.84) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Tires and Batteries for Various Flood Control Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years (CY-s 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
