1. The City Government of Lipa, through the CY 2025 Annual Appropriations intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (P762,500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TIN PLATES AND BODY STICKERS FOR TRICYCLE AND STICKERS FOR MAYOR'S PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE TRICYCLE FRANCHISING DIVISION, with Project Identification Number-2025-02-1010.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
