1. The Ministry of the Interior and Local Government, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MILG-BARMM), through the FY 2024 SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand One Hundred Fifty Pesos (PHP 12, 162, 150.00) to payment under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Three Thousand Nine Hundred (3,900) Sets of Emergency Go Bags with Contents.

Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MILG-BARMM now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Three Thousand Nine Hundred (3,900) Sets of Emergency Go Bags with Contents. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI (Schedule of Requirements).
