  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the Supplemental Budget No. 10 CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Ninety Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php 8,098,350.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of three (3) units MOTORCYCLE FIRST RESPONDER, customized and equipped with medical equipment, instruments and supplies for the use of PCDRRMO to increase the capacity in terms of emergency/disaster preparedness and response operations. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
