Invitation to Bid

for the

Supply and delivery of three (3) units MOBILE LIGHT TOWER with Engine Generator for the use of the Bureau of Fire Protection

1. The City Government of Pasay, through the 5% LDRRMF CY2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 990,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply and delivery of three (3) units MOBILE LIGHT TOWER with Engine Generator for the use of the Bureau of Fire Protection. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
